Our Vision
At Silverstone CE Primary, we aim to enable every member of our community to be the best they can be and to flourish in an ever‑changing world. Our vision is expressed simply and powerfully:

Our Vision Narrative
Our Story of Togetherness
Our vision of togetherness was born from the creation of Silverstone CE Primary School in 2016, when Silverstone Infant School and Silverstone CE Junior School merged to form one unified community. This was not only a merging of identities, but a physical coming together on a new school site. From this moment, the idea of being one family became central to who we are.
Today, our children describe Silverstone CE Primary as a place of family, inclusivity and belonging. We stand together with compassion, care and resilience, knowing that when we support one another, we can all achieve more and truly be the best we can be.
Why Learn, Grow, Achieve Together
Our vision responds directly to the context of our community:
- Socially and economically diverse families — from disadvantaged to affluent — united through a shared identity of togetherness.
- A school on the edge of the village, requiring strong, intentional connections so the wider community feels part of school life.
- An expanding village with many children attending from out of catchment, making a strong, cohesive school identity essential.
Togetherness is not just a value; it is a necessity. It ensures every child, parent and member of staff feels part of something bigger — a community that nurtures, supports and celebrates each individual.
Rooted in God’s Word
Our vision is anchored in John 15:5, which guides and inspires our daily life:
- “The vine” represents God and the adults who nurture, guide and support.
- “The branches” symbolise our children and adults alike — all learning, growing and flourishing together.
- “You remain in me and I in you” reflects the trust, faith and commitment we share as a community.
- “You will bear much fruit” expresses the hope and promise that, with God and one another, we can achieve great things.
This scripture encourages us to unite as a family — children, staff, parents and the wider community — knowing that we are supported, cared for and respected. Through this unity, we believe every individual can flourish and aspire to reach their full potential.
Bearing Fruit
The fruit we bear takes many forms: academic, social, emotional and spiritual. Success may appear small to some, but to the child who has overcome a challenge, or the adult who has grown in confidence, it is deeply significant.
Every achievement is a reflection of our shared commitment to learning, growing and achieving together — and a reminder that God walks with us in all we do.
Learn Together:
We aim to instil a love for learning and motivate each child by providing a stimulating curriculum that will develop creative, enquiring and resourceful minds.
Grow Together:
In every child we aim to build self-confidence and develop the qualities of self-discipline, responsibility, respect, tolerance and resilience to support children becoming independent, successful and responsible young citizens.
Achieve Together:
Through our safe, caring and happy environment we aim to nurture individual talents, enable children to develop physically, socially and intellectually and strive for the highest academic achievements.
